Answer:

17/32

Step-by-step explanation:

A={ 5 white+ 3 black}

B={6 white + 2 black}

P(Aw)= probability of getting a white from bag A = 5/8

P(Bw)= probability of getting a white from bag B = 6/8

probability of getting a red card from a pack of 52 =P(r)= 1/2

probability of getting a club card from a pack of 52=P(c)= 1/4

required is: probability of getting a white from bag A IF a club is drawn AND probability of getting a white from bag B IF a red is drawn....

therefore required = P(c).P(Aw)+P(r).P(Bw)

=1/4*5/8+1/2*6/8

=5+12/32

= 17/32
