This is how i do it

First i convert the minuses like this : (Look at the question and see the difference)

p + q + r + p +(0q) + r + p +(-q) + (-r) + (-p) +q + r

Now we can easily cut al the same minus and plus

(This is how it is the concept

When we have  This  equation for eg: (-p) + p + r + r + (-r)

we can take out the same number / variable  like (-p) and +p can be taken out as well as (-r) and r because every number minised by its negative form is always zero

So now what is left r so answer is r in my example

No similarly when we take your question

we take out all of the common variables with minus and plus and we will have two p's and r's left . So when add all of them together we will get 2p + 2r

And that's the answer
