Step-by-step explanation:

Specific heat capacity . Defined as the energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 kg of substance by 1 K. Example 3: 0.5 kg of water is heated from 10 °C to 100 °C. How much does its internal energy rise? Rise in temperature =100* C-10* C=90* C This is also a rise of 90 K (C and K are the same size) Delta*U = mc * Delta * T; =0.5 kg*4200 J kg^ -1 K^ -1 *90 K; =190000 J. Measuring specific heat capacity An experiment can be done to find the specific heat capacity using an emersion heater.

SOLUTION

We have,

AB=(−2−3)2+(−3−2)2−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−√=25+25−−−−−−√=50−−√

BC=(2+2)2+(3+3)2−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−√=16+36−−−−−−√=52−−√

andAC=(2−3)2+(3−2)2−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−√=1+1−−−−√=2√

Clearly,AB+BC>AC,AC+BC>ABandAB+AC>BC. Therefore, points A,B and c form a triangle.

Also,BC2=AB2+AC2

Therefore, △ABC is a right triangle, right angled at A.
