The best way is to employ the symmetry of the problem in such configurations ,here as you can easily see that the problem is symmetric as the given configuration is a cube with eight charges at each corner so by symmetry we easily can think of equivalence of the force components along X, Y & Z direction so by using a suitable co-ordinate system as a reference you may easily get to the solution you only need to calculate one component and the other two are same, so you may calculate any component which ever you like and then put other two equal to that.
