yes I agree with the statement that power sharing is inevitable in the present world it justified by below points

1)In srilanka the majority community sinhalse tried to dominate tamils by not sharing power

2)In 1956 they made sinhalse as the official language disregarding Tamil

3) they followed preferential policies for Buddhist

this all lead to a feeling of alienation among Tamil speakers

This lead to a civil war in which a lot of people got killed

power sharing is desirable it's Prudential reasons are

1)It reduces conflicts between communities

2)it helps to resolve problems in a better way

3)it helps to maintain stability in political order
