There was a rise in the standard of the Maratha in the Battle of Attock. In the 28th April of 1758, the Battle of Attock took place. Mainly this particular battle was between the Durrani Empire as well as the Marathas. Near about 4000 troops of Marathas were actively involved in guarding the fort from Afghans.
