 \frac{ - 1}{ 2} and \frac{ - 3}{4}  \\ so \: now \: we \: hve \: to \: take \: the \: same \: number \: so \: that \: both \: of \: them \: have \: same \: denominators \\  \frac{ - 1}{2}  \times  \frac{4}{4}  =  \frac{ - 4}{8}  \times  \frac{2}{2} =   \frac{ - 8}{16}    \\  \frac{ - 3}{4}  \times  \frac{2}{2}  =   \frac{ - 6}{8}  \times  \frac{2}{2}  =   \frac{ - 12}{16}  \\ so \: the \: three \: rational \: numbers \: btween \:  \frac{ - 1}{2} and  \frac{ - 3}{4} are \\  \frac{ - 11}{16} and \frac{ - 10}{16} and \frac{ - 9}{16}
