The Tropical evergreen forests are also called rain forests and are found in the tropical regions of the world. The trees in these forests do not
have a specific season for shedding their leaves and hence the forests
remain green all around the year. The canopy of these forests is so thick
that very little sunlight reaches the forest floor. Flora and fauna of these regions is very unique and insects are the most common living
found in these forests. The trees found in these forests are known as
hardwood trees.
