here is your answer

we know that v=ir. (by ohm's law)

i=v/r

thus , current is inversely proportional to resistance(more is the current ,less is the resistance)

where v=potential difference

i=current

r=resistance

so to obtain minimum resistance all three resistors need to be connected in parallel

thus,the effective resistance=r/3

where,r=resistance of each of the three resistors.
