Supposed 3 root 2 is an rational number.
let 3root 2=P is rational number.
therefore root 2 =p/3-p/3 is rational number.
Here, root 2 is irrational number & p/3 is rational number. Both rational and irrational number are same.
but it is impossible.
Therefore our assumption is wrong.
Therefore 3 root 2 is an irrational number.
