Lhs

=3+√2 /3-√2 * 3+√2 /3+√2

=(3+√2)^2 /(3)^2 -(√2)^2

= 9+2+6√2 / 9-2

= 11+6√2 / 7

now comparing with a+b√2

a= 11/7and

b= 6√2/7
