Hello Mate!

 \frac{3 - \sqrt{3} }{7 + 4 \sqrt{3} } = x + y \sqrt{3} \\ \frac{3 - \sqrt{3} }{7 + 4 \sqrt{3} } \times \frac{7 - 4 \sqrt{3} }{7 - 4 \sqrt{3} } = x + y \sqrt{3} \\ \frac{21 - 12 \sqrt{3} - 7 \sqrt{3} + 4 \times 3 }{49 - 16 \times 3} = x + y \sqrt{3} \\ \frac{21 + 24 - 12 \sqrt{ 3} - 7 \sqrt{3} }{49 - 48} = x + y \sqrt{3} \\ \frac{45 - 19 \sqrt{3} }{1} = x + y \sqrt{3} \\ x = 45 \\ y = - 19
Hope it helps☺!✌
