Answer:

According to you

3+√7/3-√7=a+b√7

Rationalise the expression

3+√7/3-√7×3+√7/3+√7

(3+√7)^2/(3)^2-(√7)^2

9+7+6√7/9-7

16+6√7/2

8+3√7

=a+b√7

=a=8

=b=3

a+b

8+3

=11

Answer:

 \frac{3 +  \sqrt{7} }{3 -  \sqrt{7} } = a + b \sqrt{7}  =  >

 \frac{  {(3 +  \sqrt{7})}^{2} }{(3 +  \sqrt{7} )(3 -  \sqrt{7})} =  >   \frac{ {(3 +  \sqrt{7} )}^{2}}{9 - 7} =  >

 {3}^{2}  +  { (\sqrt{7}) }^{2}  + 2 \times 3 \times  \sqrt{7}  = a + b \sqrt{7}

=>

16 +6√7 = a+b√7 => a=16 and b=6 So

a+b =>22 Hope it helps you.
