Saturn isn't the only planet that has rings around it. i.e all the planets after the asteroid belt have rings as there is more dust present as compared to the planets before the asteroid belt. The dust particles come together forming a bulk and start rotating around the heavenly body as it gets attracted to the gravitational forces of the bodies.

On Venus, a day is longer than an year because it's rotation is slower than its revolution.
