• Sheena decided to drink chilled juice. Hence, she should have kept it in a fridge, not a freezer.
  
• If she had kept the juice in the fridge for a few hours, it would have remained in the liquid phase as well as been chilled enough to drink.
  
• If someone wishes to store the juice for a longer time, then they should consider freezing the juice in the freezer.

Hence, when Sheena took the juice out of the freezer it became frozen and turned into a hard block of ice. In such a condition, she should have considered thawing the frozen juice in the fridge before drinking it.
