first we need to have the values of these standard angles,

sin 60° = √3/2

sec 30° = 2/√3

sin 90° = 1

cos 0° = 1

Tan 60° = √3

okay,

so let's begin,

3( sin² 60° + sec² 30° ) + 2 sin 90° + 3 cos 0° - tan² 60°

= 3[ ( √3/2 )² + ( 2/√3 )² ] + 2 × 1 + 3 × 1 - ( √3 )²

= 3( 3/4 + 4/3 ) + 2 + 3 - 3 [ +3 & -3 are cancelled]

= 3 × 25/12 + 2

= 25/4 + 2

= 33/4
