3. Solve:
67 x + 112y = - 89
112x + 67 y = -269
This problem is from linear equations in 2 variables from Grade 10.
We have to solve this using Elimination method.

it's simple mate just multiply the first equation with 112 and other with 67.

112×67x + 112×112y = -89×112

7504x+12544y = 9968....................(1)

112×67x +67×67y = -269×67

7504x + 4489y = 18023..................(2)

(1)-(2)

8055y = -8055

y = -1

put in any one equation given initially

67x-112 = -89

67x = 23

x = 23/67
