How many people will be in each boat ? b) Afruza went to the market with her mother. She bought 6 dozen of ripe bananas. One dozen has 12 bananas. How many bananas did Afruza buy?

Number of boats =3

By cross multiplication

X=24/3

X=8

Total in a boat there are 8 persons

b). No of dozens=6

One dozen =12

6×12=72

Total 72 bananas
