Graphically as shown in the figure.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given equation,

x + 2y-3 = 0__1

3x-2y + 7 = 0__2

From Equation-1,

x + 2y-3 = 0

2y=-x+3

y=-\frac{1}{2}x+\frac{3}{2} __3

Which is similar with straight equation,

y=mx+c

Where,

m =Slope or Gradient and

c= y-intercept

From equation-3,

m=-\frac{1}{2} and c=\frac{3}{2}

From equation-2,

3x-2y + 7 = 0

-2y=-3x-7

y=\frac{3}{2}x+\frac{7}{2}

By comparing with straight line equation,

m=\frac{3}{2} and c=\frac{7}{2}

Graphically as shown in the figure.
