harvested the soil is depleted of nitrogen. Therefore, farmers often practice crop rotation by growing
leguminous plants such as beans, soybean, groundnut etc. How the leguminous plants can grow in the
nitrogen depleted soil? Will they not deplete more of nitrogen from the soil?
