The steps of photosynthesis are-

c) ii-iii-i-iv

1. Absorption of light energy by chlorophyll

2. Conversion of light energy into chemical energy. Here electrons get excited and leave to be accepted by primary electron acceptor.

3. Conversion of water molecules into Hydrogen and oxygen takes place, which is accompanied by release of electron. This electron makeup the loss of electron in step 2.

4. Conversion of CO2 into carbohydrate and hence food of plant is synthesized.
