Step-by-step explanation:

as a per given questions :

10x + (9 - x) =10 (9 - x ) x + 27

9x + 9 = 10x + x + 27

9x + 9 = 117 - 9x

18x =108

x =18/108

x = 6

so the digit in unit place = 6

digit in ten's place is

9 - x

9 - 6 = 3

hence the number = 3
