As we know that velocity is equal to derivative of displacement with respect to time.

Given

displacement, x=3 t^3 - 7t²+ 6t-11

then velocity=9t^2-14t+6

velocity at 1 second is 1m/s

velocity at 2 seconds is 14m/s
