adjacent angle are in the ration of 1:5

1st side = 1x

2nd side =5x

sum of interior angles of //gm = 360°

According to the question,

1x+1x+5x+5x=360°

12x=360°

x= 360°/12

x= 30°

so 1st side = 1x=> 1×30 => 30(ANS)

2nd side= 5x => 5×30°=> 150° (ANS)

ANSWER

The ratio of adjacent angles of a parallelogram are 1:2

⇒ Let the adjacent angles are x and 2x

We know, that sum of the adjacent angles of parallelogram is 180

o

∴ x+2x=180

o

⇒ 3x=180

o

⇒ x=60

o

Adjacent angles are,

⇒ x=60

o

⇒ 2x=2×60

o

=120

o

∴ The smallest angle is 60
