Using Formula :

$\longmapsto\tt\boxed{T.S.A\:of\:Cylinder=2\pi{r(r+h)}}$

Putting Values :

$\longmapsto\tt{2\times\dfrac{22}{{\cancel{7}}}\times\dfrac{{\cancel{070}}}{100}\times{(0.70+1)}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{44\times{1{\cancel{0}}}}{10{\cancel{0}}}\times{(1.70)}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{44}{10}\times{1.70}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{4.4\times{1.70}}$
