let each of the two equal sides are x unit

then,

x+x+4/3=62/15

=> 2x=62/15-4/3

=> 2x=(62-20)/15

=> 2x=42/15

=> 2x=14/5

=> x=14/(5×2)

=> x=7/5

so each of two equal sides of the isosceles triangle is 7/5 unit
