Answer:

first ,let the rate of tea =x

then,the cost of sugar =(200-x)

the rate of one kg tea is ,

2kg=x

kg=x/2

the cost of one kg sugar ,3kg=(200-x)

=kg =(200-x)/3

secondly,let the rate of 4kg tea=x

so, the rate of 3kg sugar =(350-x)

so, the rate of one kg tea =4kg =x

kg=x/4

so, the cost of one kg sugar=3kg=(350-x)

kg=(350-x)/3

so according to question,

x/2+(200-x)/3= X/4 +(350-x)/3

taking LCM,

3x+400 - 2x/6=3x+1400 - 4x/12

x+400/6=-x+1400/12

x+400=x+1400/2

by cross multiplication,

2(x+400)=-x+1400

2x+800=-x+1400

2x+x=1400-800

3x=600

x=600/3

x= 200

so the rate of sugar
