the reaction of photosynthesis takes place in the thylakoids ...and the production of NADPH and ATP takes place during photophosphorylation NADPH and ATP both are produced in non cyclic photophosphorylation and only ATP will produce in cyclic photophosphorylation....if u want detailed answer of this please read the 13 chapter of ncert which is photosynthesis in plants and unit is plant physiology....
