Solution:-

Let the length of park be " 4x "

Breadth of the park is " 3x "

As we know that:-

$\tt \: Perimeter \: \: of \: \: rectangle = 2( l + b )$

️ Substituting Values:-

$\tt\implies \: 168 = 2( 4x + 3x )$

$\tt\implies \: 168 = 2( 7x )$

$\tt\implies \: 168 = 14x$

$\tt\implies \: x = \cancel\dfrac { 168 } { 14 }$

$\tt\implies \: x = 12$

Hence,

• $\tt \: Length \: \: is \: \: 4x = 48 m$

• $\tt \: Breadth \: \: is \: \: 3x = 36 m$

Now,

$\tt\implies \: Area \: of \: Rectangle = l \times b$

$\tt\implies \: 48\times 36$

$\tt\implies \: 1728 \: m$
