Convert metre into centimetre

20m×100=2000cm

8m×100=800cm

(1)length= 2000cm and breadth= 800cm

:. Area of rectangular room=(length × breadth) of the room

:.Area of rectangular room=(2000×800)=1600000sq.cm

(2)Area of square tiles=(side)2

=(100)2

=10000sq.cm

(3)Number of square tiles required=Area of the rectangular room/Area of the square tiles

:.No of square tiles required=1600000/10000

:.160 square tiles are required to pave the floor of the room

I hope this will helpful to you!

Thank you!!
