let the breadth be x

length = x+20

perimeter=360cm

perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)

360cm= 2{(x+20)+x}

360cm= 2(2x+20)

360cm=4x+40

360cm-40 =4x

320cm = 4x

breadth= 320/4

breadth= 80cm

length= x+20. = 80+20. = 100cm

area of rectangle= l×b

80×100 cm

8000cm
