Ratio of length to width= 4:3

Area = 300 sq. inches

Length= 4*x(constant)

Width= 3*x

=. 4x * 3x= 300 sq. inches

= 12 x^2 = 300 sq.inches

= x^2=(300/12) sq.inches

=x^2=25 sq. inches

=x= √ 25 sq. inches

= x= 5 inches

Length= 4*5= 20 inches

Width= 3*5= 15 inches
