So according to the question

∆s/s(relative surface area)=a

Therefore, 4πr²=a

4π is constant .

therefore, 2∆r/r =a

relative error of radius

i.e ∆r/r= a/2.

Now, Volume of a sphere=4/3πr3

4/3π is constant

therefore, volume of a sphere=3∆r/r

=3×a/2

= 3a/2

hope it helps you
