3 The sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat
in the west but the watches show the same time. How does this happen?

There are many longitudes passing through our country . Between two longitudes there is a difference of 4 minutes . The standard time of the country is according to the longitude passing through center (about) and that's the time which is shown by the watches.
