3. The sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat in the west but the watches show the same time. How does this happen?

As we all know Earth rotate eastward and so the saying also goes Sun rises in east and Sunsets in west

Because Arunachal pradesh is in east it see sun rise earlier as compared to Gujrat due to Earth rotation

Also Arunachal pradesh have two hour earlier sunset as compared to Gujrat in west

As we all know the earth rotates from west to east and the sun rises from the east and sets to the west. So as we can clearly see Arunachal Pradesh is on the eastern side of India and Gujarat is on the west coast of India. Yes the sun rises on the different time due to the different locations on which they are located on but every country has its own common time as we have in India names as IST ( Indian Standard Timed).
