First of all when you take this formula there is a limit to take the value of X.You can't take such value of X for that function is undefined.For Ex.

1)COT(x) =cos(x)/sin(x) and cosec(x)=1/sin(x) so you can't take x in the form of nπ.b because for such value sin(x) is undefined

2)tan(x) =sin(x)/cos(x) and sec(x)=1/cos(x) you can't take x in the form of

nπ+π/2.b because for such value cos(x) is undefined

So for your formula you can't take 0 for value of x.
