Grandfather bought Toto from a tonga-driver for the sum of 5 rupees. The tonga driver used to keep the little red monkey tied to a feeding tough and the monkey looked so out of place that the grandfather decided that he would take the little fellow to his private zoo.

Toto created problems one after the other. He doesn't allow the animals to sleep at night and remained peaceful. He broke plates, tore curtains and wallpapers, etc. That family was poor so it was not affordable for the family resist the loss. So toto was sold back to the tonga-driver for three rupees.
