3. Two rectangular fields have the same
perimeter. One is a square of side 60 m, the
other is a rectangle of length 7 dam. Which
field has the larger area and by how many
ares (a)?​

Length of rectangle =7m

Perimeter= 240 m (same as square)

l+b =240/2

7+b =120

=7*113

=791 m²

Difference in areas =3600- 791
