Mass of vehicle A is =400kg, Hence force exerted by A on the surface=mg

F_1=mg=400*10=4000N\\,

Similarly

Mass of vehicle B is =600kg,

F_2=600*10=6000N

Both the vehicles exert pressure on the same surface area.

Pressure exerted by the vehicle is defined as force per unit area, let us say

P_1=\frac{F_1}{A}=\frac{4000}{A}\\\\P_2=\frac{F_2}{A}=\frac{6000}{A}  \\

Since A is same we can see that \frac{P_1}{P_2}=\frac{4000}{6000}=\frac{2}{3}, Hence Pressure exerted by A \frac{2}{3} of pressure exerted by B.
