3. Use Remainder theorem to find the remainder when f(x) is divided by g(x) in the

Answer:

g(x)= 1-2x

1=2x

1/2 = x

Putting value of x in f(x).

F(x)=8×3-4×2+2x-1

= 24-8+2(1/2)-1

= 24-8+1-1

=24-8

F(x) = 16

Answer:

g(x)= 1-2x = 0

x = -1/2

f(x)= 24-8+2*-1/2-1

= 16-1-1

= 16-18

= -2
