now a days wrestling is being played internationally by many country. and in our tradition wrestling has been one of the most important game from so many years. wrestling will make your body fit. In Ayurveda also it has been discussed and written that wrestling is one of the best exercise to keep your body and mind fit.
2).. the second one is kho-kho which also transform our body. In this game you run ,run, run and run which increases blood circulation in the body and due to it oxygen inhaled is also increased and we know that oxygen is very important for our body so it will make you fit.
3).. Another one is Kabaddi this is also one of our most loved traditional game and now a days India is leading the world in this game.
every world cup for Kabaddi has been won by Indian team. it also make our body very fit and fine.
