The capital formation is eying at the conversion of human resources into human assets.

Skillset , educational qualification,subject knowledge ability and expertise in the human resources of a nation at a point in time ,called human capital.

2) physical capitals::=>>

For the development and enhancement of physical assets such as bridges , buildings, industries..etc .All input like tools gadgets which are required,called physical capitals.
