garrison towns are fortified settlements of soldiers.
It was quite difficult for the Delhi sultans to control over the garrisons in Begal and Sind regions.
One of the primary reasons was the bad weather and climate because of which communication was not possible.
The sultans where also facing frequent revolts from Governors and attacks from other states as well which made it more difficult to controlling garrisons.
