The answer will be

(D). Removal of feaces from the alimentary canal.

This is because by the definition of excretion says that it is a process of removing unwanted metabolic wastes from the body.

You might have question that why removal of Carbon dioxide from lungs, release of adrenaline from adrenal glands and release of energy from glucose is not excretion?

This is because removal of waste materials from body(solid wastes) is called excretion and in removal of carbon dioxide gases are released.

In other option adrenaline gland is releasing adrenaline which is called Secretion and releasing of energy from Glucose is same.
