Perimeter of square is 4x side.

Perimeter of Rectangle is 2(L+B)

Perimeter of Triangle (irrespective of it's type)  is Sum of all sides.

All the sides of Square are equal so 4x side.

For eg. 2 cm each side so 2x4= 8cm

Opposite sides of Rectangle are equal so 2(L+B)

For eg. 2cm each length and 4cm each breadth so 2(L+B)= 2(2+4)= 2x6= 12cm.
