Solution:

least five-digit number

arrange the digits in ascending order as there is no zero

Hence 13467 is least five-digit number

greatest five-digit number

arrange the digits in descending order

Hence 76431 is  greatest five-digit number

200 less than 64 345

= 64345 - 200

= 64145
