3). In dentistry, it is said that plaque is a bacterial biofilm produced on the surface of the teeth. Many bacteria come together and adhere to the surface of teeth and starts forming layers on top of it. Plaque is first colourless and then turns yellow. It is sticky gum like in occurrence.
