1. Education is an important factor for the development of human resources. Education - general, technical and medical improve the level of understanding. It also adds to the capacity of human stock to produce more. It increases mental efficiency of the people.

2. Health is the basic constituent of human capital. Human element is an essential element of production. In spite of all technological development human resources is still an indispensable factor of production. The economic growth can be achieved at faster rate, if we healthy and competent enough.

3. Health makes an individual healthy, active, energetic and efficient work force. It is rightly said that " there is a sound mind in a sound body." sound physique and mental alertness is the valuable asset, which makes human resources an asset to country.

4. Primary sector : farming, mining, fishing, foresting etc....

Secondary sector : construction work, tailoring, working in industry......

Tertiary sector : banking, insurance, communication, transportation....
