India have three types of courts : district court, state court , supreme court. All these court are linked together or interconnected. district court at district level if person is not satisfied with court decision He can go state court at state level. sometimes two states have common state court .

if person is not satisfied with state court also . so he can go supreme court . supreme court is a apex court of India . Supreme Court decision is last decision. Supreme Court is a highest court of India
