Hey mate

here is your answer

use the second equation of motion

s=ut+1/2 at^2

u= ?

v = 0

a = -4m/s^2

t = 3 Sec

to find u

use the first equation of motion

v= u + at

0 = u + (-4×3)

0 = u -12

12 = u

hence u = 12 m/s

s = 12×3 + 1/2 ×4×3×3

s= 36 +2× 9

s=36 + 18

s = 54meters
